We do not and will not ever sell, rent, lend, or give away your phone numbers, email addresses, home or business address to anyone else. We will only use that information in order to contact you with information that you actually tell us you want or that we reasonably believe that you may want. We may use your comments or questions on our web site or other materials if we believe it may be helpful or informative to either our customers or the general public. However, we will not identify you as the source of such without your prior permission. If you want us to identify you, please tell us exactly what information we may or may not disclose publicly, otherwise we will not.

We may or may not use cookies to assist your use of our site. Should cookie use ever be mandatory, we will post that information on any relevant pages.

If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes here and possibly, to the home page, and/or other places that we deem appropriate so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it. We reserve the right to change our privacy policy at any time, so please review it regularly. Nevertheless, we cannot imagine good reasons to ever be more revealing with names, addresses, phone numbers, etc. obtained from prospective customers trying only to contact us.

Photos

As a customer, you agree that we may take pictures of our work before and after for our internal purposes, e.g. for estimates, to help resolve any disputes with customers or employees, for employee training use, and possibly other reasons. Unless you specifically ask us not to at the time of your project, we will assume that we may also use these photos for public purposes, such as on our web site, portfolios, or other advertising without using your name or address or other contact information. Should we desire to use contact information for that purpose we will ask you beforehand. If you want us to identify you in our public work, please tell us exactly what information we may disclose publicly.

References

As a prospective customer, upon request, we agree to provide you with a list of references of previous customers. You may contact these references to help you judge whether we are suitable and trustworthy of receiving your business. In order to make that possible for later customers, we assume that we may use you as a reference unless you specifically ask us not to. We will also remove you as a reference should you later ask us to. The following conditions will be met to help prevent any problems:

• We will NEVER post references on our web site unless necessary to deliver the list to a particular user, in which case would only be temporarily accessible with password and not available through any direct links.
  
  
• We will not give out reference lists to customers that do not ask for them except in the case of very large projects or a few other exceptions. We try to rotate people off our lists regularly so that they don't end up bothered by too many calls. We sometimes put people back on a specific list for a customer requesting a job of similar kind or a few old references on our references list to show our actual time in business and experience.
  
  
• We cannot be responsible for any misuse of our reference list by prospective customers. Please inform us of any problems. We will attempt to contact the responsible party and resolve the situation.
  
  

Unsolicited Later Contact

We reserve the right to contact you at a later date, however such contact for advertising purposes will be limited to mail, flyers or other such materials. We hate spam and tele-marketers as much as you do. We will only contact you by phone or email unsolicited if we have information that we feel you need or want relevant to our previous work or other matters you may have mentioned an interest to us previously, e.g. a recall on a product we installed or saw in your home, you mentioned you were looking for some product, service or just information that we later discover. The intention of this contact will be for your safety or comfort, or just trying to be helpful. We will not repeat such a contact if you ask us not to.

PayPal and Credit Card Transactions

All information submitted and transactions completed on the PayPal site using credit cards or a PayPal account will fall under PayPal's Privacy Policy.
