We use the least amount of JavaScript as possible. However, we may add some (mostly optional) for making the site more functional or possibly for some kind of advertising. If you find any JavaScript which is causing problems, please notify us on our contact page. It is always possible that either we have made an error or that another entity is forcing JavaScript into our pages. Either way, it is best that we both communicate about it.

Photos

As a customer, you agree that we may take pictures of our work before and after for our internal purposes, e.g. for estimates, to help resolve any disputes with customers or employees, for employee training use, and possibly other reasons. Unless you specifically ask us not to at the time of your project, we will assume that we may also use these photos for public purposes, such as on our web site, portfolios, or other advertising without using your name or address or other contact information. Should we desire to use contact information for that purpose we will ask you beforehand. If you want us to identify you in our public work, please tell us exactly what information we may disclose publicly.

We no longer give out references to existing or possible future customers.

Unsolicited Later Contact

We hate spam and telemarketers as much as you do. We reserve the right to contact you at a later date. We will only contact you by postal mail, phone, or email unsolicited if we have information that we feel you need or want relevant to our previous work such as a recall on a product we installed or saw in your home, or if you mentioned you were looking for some product or service. We will not repeat such a contact if you ask us not to.

All information submitted and transactions completed on an external site using credit cards or another method will fall under their privacy and terms and conditions..
